I stayed at Welcome for 1 night and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the location was perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town and Rottermanni square. The rooms were spacious and there were no bunk beds, only single beds. The hostel was brand new and offered fast wifi. it was a great deal for a budget stay.
I do recommend this hotel.
